88zh will never ask you for your password through any channel. If you receive a communication claiming to be from 88zh that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.
88zh may request identity verification at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or as part of routine account review. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that remain unverified after a reasonable period may have withdrawals placed on hold.
All deposits and withdrawals on 88zh are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported:
Deposits are typically credited to your 88zh account balance promptly after payment is confirmed through your chosen method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and will be displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction. You may only deposit funds from a payment method that you legally own and control.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Standard withdrawal processing times vary by method. VIP members at higher tiers receive priority withdrawal processing, with Crown tier members benefiting from near-instant cashouts to JazzCash and Easypaisa.
Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts. If your account has an active bonus balance, applicable wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be initiated. 88zh reserves the right to carry out additional identity checks before releasing any withdrawal.
88zh offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards and VIP-exclusive promotions. Every bonus is governed by specific terms that are stated at the time the offer is communicated to you.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum number of times the bonus amount must be bet before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games and time limit will be clearly stated in each bonus offer. Always read the specific bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer.
Any behaviour that 88zh reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, hedging bets to minimise wagering requirements or using prohibited betting strategies — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Where patterns of play suggest a bonus is being systematically exploited rather than used as part of genuine recreational gaming, 88zh reserves the right to withhold or cancel the bonus.
The 88zh Sports Betting section covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series, domestic cricket tournaments, Football and Esports markets. The following rules apply to all bets placed through the Betting and Bet sections of the platform.
A bet is considered confirmed only after you have received a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. Bets that have not been confirmed due to system errors, disconnection or other technical issues will be treated as void. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet has been successfully placed before any relevant match or event begins.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as published by the recognised governing body. In the case of Cricket matches, PSL fixtures and T20 internationals, the result as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the International Cricket Council (ICC) will be used for settlement purposes.
A bet may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed and not completed within a defined timeframe; the event outcome is officially reversed after initial settlement; the bet was accepted in error due to an obvious pricing mistake. Void bets are returned as stake to your account balance.
In-play betting is available on selected Cricket and other sporting events. Odds during in-play markets can change rapidly. Once a bet has been confirmed during in-play, it cannot be cancelled. All in-play bets are subject to the same settlement rules as pre-match bets.
The Casino section includes slots, table games and specialty titles supplied by established game providers. The Live Casino section includes real-dealer games streamed in high definition — including Baccarat, Teen Patti, Roulette and live game shows.
All Casino and Live Casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game information panels.
Casino game results are final once a round has been completed. Any technical disruption during a round will be handled in accordance with the game provider's documented interruption policy, details of which are available in each game's help section. In most cases, an interrupted round will be completed using the last known game state once connectivity is restored.
High-stakes Live Casino tables with elevated betting limits are available to VIP members at Gold tier and above. Access to these tables is managed through the VIP programme and is subject to change.
The 88zh VIP Programme operates across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Crown. VIP points are earned automatically on every PKR wagered across Casino, Live Casino and Sports Betting, subject to game and market contribution rates which are stated in the VIP programme documentation.
VIP benefits include cashback, reload bonuses, personal account managers, priority withdrawal processing, access to high-stakes tables and exclusive event promotions. The specific benefits available at each tier are detailed in the VIP section of the platform.
88zh reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds, benefit allocations and point contribution rates at any time. Where material changes are made to the VIP programme, active VIP members will be notified in advance through the platform or by email. VIP status is linked to a single player account and cannot be transferred.
88zh is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure with forfeiture of any balance:
Where 88zh identifies suspicious activity, it reserves the right to suspend an account, freeze any withdrawals and carry out a full investigation before taking further action. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed and relevant balances forfeited.
88zh may suspend or close your account at any time where there is a reasonable basis to believe that these Terms have been violated, that the account is being used for fraudulent activity, or that continuing to provide services to you presents a risk to the platform or other players.
You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 88zh support. If your account holds a withdrawable balance at the time of voluntary closure, your remaining funds will be returned to you through your registered payment method after standard verification checks have been completed.
Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — will be forfeited and will not form part of any returned balance.
88zh collects and processes personal data in connection with your account registration, identity verification, payment processing and gameplay activity. The collection, use, storage and protection of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

88zh does not accept liability for indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind. This includes any claimed loss of profits, loss of opportunity or other economic loss not directly caused by a demonstrable platform error.
88zh reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, bonus structures or withdrawal conditions — we will provide reasonable advance notice through the platform or by email to your registered address.
Continued use of 88zh following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect and withdraw any remaining balance.
